Christopher J. Rotella joined our firm in 2012 and has completed third party leasing assignments for Kimco, Equity One and various other landlords. Some of his current and past tenant representation clients include Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Yoga Joint, Dutch Pot and Playa Bowls. Chris has completed multiple investment sale deals including freestanding buildings, NNN investments, vacant buildings and land parcels. Chris was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is a graduate of Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and also earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University. Chris began his commercial real estate career with Liberty Universal Management handling third party leasing in the Orlando, Florida market. During his leisure time Chris enjoys yoga, scuba diving, boating, sporting events and flying. He is involved in several local charities and strongly believes that giving back to the community is vital to being successful in business and in life.
