FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -  Bill Rotella and Buzz Smith of The Rotella Group represented Quality Property Asset Management Co. in the $1.5 Million sale of a vacant .8+/- acre deepwater site in East Fort Lauderdale, Florida to AZZD, LLC.  The site is across from Birch State Park with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and was previously approved for an 18-unit condominium project.
