President William J. Rotella
President William J. Rotella, a CCIM candidate, has over 35 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bill graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science degree. His areas of expertise include tenant representation, surplus property disposition, investment sales, landlord representation and land acquisition. He has served as former Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County and is currently an active Board Member. Bill has co-chaired the Boys and Girls Club Annual Golf Classic since its inception 24 years ago which has raised in excess of $4.5 Million Dollars.
Associate Steven M. Miller
Associate Steven M. Miller is a licensed Real Estate Broker with 26 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having served as an Executive Vice President of a National REIT. Steve has been actively involved with the development of shopping centers, office buildings and apartment complexes in over fifteen states. Steve specializes in retail, acquisition, disposition, tenant representation and commercial leasing.

Associate William R. Pace is a retail-leasing and investment sales specialist and holds a degree in Finance from Florida State University. Bill specializes in tenant and landlord represenation in both the retail and restaurant arenas and brings over nine years of commercial leasing and investment experience to our firm.
Associate Daniel R. Coyle
Associate Daniel R. Coyle is a licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation. Dan draws on several years of experience as a portfolio asset manager and real estate closing specialist, with an intimate knowledge of the local South Florida market, to bring expert representation to Landlords and Tenants.
Associate Jeffrey D. Kalil
Associate Jeffrey D. Kalil specializes in leasing as well as the sale of commercial property. Jeff has 6 years experience in the business and has catapulted to a top producer in the industry. Throughout Jeff's tenor in this business he has worked with national, regional, and local Tenants to meet their expansion expectations. Jeff also has worked alongside some of the largest Landlords in the Southeast Florida market to help achieve their leasing goals. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree from the University of North Florida.
Associate R. Bruce Smith
Associate R. Bruce "Buzz" Smith is a graduate of Northwood University with a BA degree in Business and Finance. A licensed broker since 1977, Buzz spent twenty years with Stiles Corporation in their real estate brokerage department. He is knowledgeable in leasing and sales of industrial and office product, as well as land and investment sales. Buzz' retail experience includes the management and leasing of a portfolio of Florida retail properties acquired on behalf of a private investment group.
Office Manager Olivia O. Territo
Office Manager Olivia O. Territo joined The Rotella Group real estate team twelve years ago and has 32 years in office management experience. Olivia is actively involved in sales, public relations and the marketing arenas of our office administration. Olivia has served as a Boys & Girls Club of Broward County Board Member for the Levine / Slaughter Club since 2005 and has contributed to the Boys & Girls Club Annual Golf Classic as a committee member for the past ten years.
